2013 Amici Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep crimson-purple in color, this wine presents inviting aromas of black cherry, cassis, toast and cigar box. The elegant, balanced flavors of dark fruits are highlighted by notes of dried herbs and spice, framed by firm, gentle tannins and a rounded mid-palate with a long, warm finish.

2014 Amici Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
This deeply colored wine opens with concentrated aromas of blackberry and pomegranate fruits with notes of five-spice and dried herbs. On the palate is it elegant yet packed with muscle and power, densely textured and showing flavors of complex dried fruits, toasty oak, and a long, savory finish.

2015 Amici Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
A true Spring Mountain classic with crushed rock, peat and sweet vanilla smoke that give way to dark fruit and savory herbs. Tellicherry peppercorns with rich cassis, currant, black olive and dark cherry juice. The wine is framed with herbal and savory notes giving way to a long finish. Strong refreshing mountain tannins show the true pleasure and ageability of this wine.

2016 Amici Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
A classic representation of Spring Mountain, with crushed rock, licorice whip, perfumed violets and fresh tobacco on the nose. The enticing aromatics draw you in, and the intense, lush, rich palate incorporate blackberry, licorice and anise flavors underlain with spearmint and loam. Strong, chalky mountain tannins that are already beginning to soften show the age-ability of this wine, though today it is already inviting and delicious.
