Winemaking Notes
Made from grapes of premier vineyards in Russian River Valley, the Amici Cellars Pinot Noir Reserve showcases the classic Russian River characteristics of heady aromas, vibrant cherry fruit flavors and delicate tannins. A true beauty of a wine, it is delicious on release but will age well for 5-7 years.
Elegant from start to finish, the wine offers rich aromas of dark cherry and cherry cordial along with sassafras, rose petal and cinnamon stick. On the palate, juicy notes of blueberry jam and red fruits lead into violets, black pepper, and hints of brown sugar that lead into a long, velvety finish.
