OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, and void where prohibited or restricted.
ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor or the Promotional Partners, as well as state alcohol beverage commissions, alcoholic beverage manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, agents, officers, advertising and promotional agencies, and their family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and spouses of the same, as well as lineal descendants including those by adoption) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. This Sweepstakes is open only to those who are legal residents of, and located within, the United States, except Rhode Island, at the time of entry. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void outside the United States and where prohibited. The Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes and the identity of the winner, to appropriate taxing authorities.
AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, the participant (“You”) agree to be fully bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
Uncork for a Cause Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) entry submission begins at 7:00 a.m. PST on March 5, 2021 and ends 11:59 PM. PST on March 31, 2021 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Winners announcement will be announced on the Amici Cellars Facebook Page on or about 5:00 p.m. PST on April 1, 2021.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible entrants can enter the Uncork for a Cause Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) by publishing a post on Instagram wherein the caption and/or photo tags @amici_cellars, @bellingerfamilyfoundation and @uncorkforacause, and uses the hashtag #springtraining.
As a participant, your entry must fully meet all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Participants may only use one (1) Instagram account to enter this Sweepstakes. Multiple participants are not allowed to use the same Instagram account. Each participant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the Instagram account indicated by the participant’s Instagram address. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Instagram account is opened. The Instagram account must be opened prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability of any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alternation of entries.
No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose entry(ies) appears to have been the result of mechanical reproduction or other violations of these Official Rules.
WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING
Four (4) grand prize winners will be selected on or about twenty-four (24) hours from the end of the Sweepstakes Period via random drawings by an authorized representative of the Sponsor. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Except as specifically provided herein, the prizes are guaranteed to be awarded. The Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes and the identity of the winner to appropriate taxing authorities. Prizes will be awarded to a winner only if she or he fully complies with these Official Rules.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message to the Instagram account provided by the potential winner, and will be required to complete and return a Certificate of Eligibility and other documents as may be required by applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, within seven (7) days of date of notification or alternate winners may be selected. If the winner fails to return such completed documents and/or information within the specified time period, or cannot be contacted, is ineligible, has been disqualified, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification is sent, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
The Sponsor shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor reserves the right to perform a detailed publicity and background check on the potential Prize winner and his/her guest, of any and all records (including, without limitation civil and criminal court records, and police reports), and, based on its results, may disqualify the winner and/or his/her guest, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby authorize the Sponsor and/or the Promotional Partner, to the extent permitted by law, to perform such publicity and background check in the event that you are selected as a potential Prize winner. A potential Prize winner who is disqualified for any reason will forfeit the entire prize and he/she and his/her guest will not be entitled to any form of prize, award or compensation.

PRIZES
To four (4) grand prize winners, the Sponsor will award:
- Cody Bellinger signed baseball – (ARV $250.00/each)
Total approximate retail value of the prizes collectively is $250, each. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be determined solely by the Sponsor.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. The winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prizes (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. The Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to the release of his or her name, likeness, and/or entry(ies) for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.
RIGHTS GRANTED
Except where prohibited, You understand and agree that Your participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Your consent to the Sponsor’s and its agent’s right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and worldwide, without limitation, Your entry, name, picture, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review or consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, You agree that the Sponsor, Promotional Partners, and any other person or entity associated with the Sweepstakes, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, and agents (“Released Parties”) shall not be liable and you will hold the Released Parties harmless for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from the winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize or portion of the prize and/or attending, traveling to, from and in connection with any portion of the prize including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation.
The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to You or any other person, or to Your or any other person’s computer or telephone equipment relating to or resulting from entering, participating in or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or those found to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such case, the Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if deemed appropriate by the Sponsor) the action taken by the Sponsor. In such case, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates any of the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes.
