The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard is a blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon and 11% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple in color, it rolls effortlessly out of the glass with expressive scents of baked black cherries, stewed plums and warm cassis, plus hints of bouquet garni, mocha and black soil. Full-bodied, the generously fruited palate has a solid frame of grainy tannins and bold freshness, finishing very long, lively and with tons of savory layers. 150 cases are due to be made.
