Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain District (made from 100% of this variety), delivers soft-spoken scents of redcurrant jelly, black raspberries and cassis with hints of wild sage, violets and Marmite toast. Medium to full-bodied, it has a firm, rugged texture and plenty of freshness to support the muscular black fruit, delivering a long, earthy finish.
