Pure Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain District is very deep purple-black in color and gives up notes of red and black currants, crushed blackberries, fresh blueberries and plums with hints of chargrill, asphalt, tobacco and oolong tea. The palate is full-bodied and completely laden with opulent black fruits, supported by firm, grainy tannins and finishing with fantastic freshness.
