2007 Rosato
Rosato is the Italian equivalent of rosé – pale red or “pink” colored wine that can be produced from dark skinned grapes, such as zinfandel, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, sangiovese, grenache, merlot, tempranillo or a combination. Rosés get their pink hue from a limited contact time with the grape skins, usually only a few hours. We chose Napa Valley cabernet sauvignon to create our super dry inaugural rosé and the outcome is nothing less than fantastico!
